The inlay request for the fretboard on the Claro Walnut dreadnought was for some maple and oak leaves scattering down the neck. I chose to make them out of their respective woods - maple leaves out of maple wood, oak leaves out of oak wood. I varied the sizes of the leaves as well to create some perspective and variety.

Once that was finished I glued the fretboard to the neck. While that was gluing I had some time to get a head start on my next project, a Classical guitar with Cocobolo back and sides, and an Engelmann Spruce top.
